Utilizing over 15 years of hospitality industry experience paired with nonprofit administration and marketing, Erin brings a warm and gracious welcome to professional and personal relationships. Her background includes advising, leadership training/facilitation, marketing, business development, and large and small event production for nonprofits, and private consulting.

For Locatile, Erin supports community outreach and making meaningful connections with the small independent business owners. As well as marketing the site to potential merchants and cultivating an audience of shoppers to drive customers to the virtual mercantile. She also helps merchants curate the online storefront and aids in selecting products and for theme boxes and gifts.
Locally in McHenry county, she sits on the advisory Board of Directors for the Sage YMCA, she’s been an adjunct professor at McHenry County College and is the community champion for the Woodstock High School IncubatorEDU entrepreneurship program. For the past several years she’s supported The My Sister’s Prom Dress event providing marketing support raising funds for Home of the Sparrow while making prom affordable for all! She’s the founder of Project Front Line McHenry County which over the course of 9-weeks and at the onset of the first wave of the pandemic raised $50,000 for 40 restaurants and fed 8100 front line and essential workers. This act of leadership has been documented and featured in the book by Jim Kouzes and Barry Posner titled Everyday People, Extraordinary Leadership which was released on January 21, 2021.
She’s a 2013 graduate of Leadership Greater McHenry County, 2020 Leadership Greater McHenry County Alumna of the Year, 2020 Downtown Crystal Lake Diamond in the Rough Award Recipient, a 2013 McHenry County Best Under 40 award winner, and a Crystal Lake Chamber of Commerce 2014 Presidential Award of Excellence recipient. Additionally, she’s the owner of Trumpet + Mallow, a concierge consulting firm that supports entrepreneurs, businesses and charities to leverage connections for unprecedented results.
Erin completed her Bachelor’s in Advertising/Public Relations from Marquette University and holds a Master’s degree in Higher Education from Seattle University. Where she forged her commitment to service, demonstrating love and making a difference.
Outside of work you can find Erin adventuring with the Brothers McElroy (her two sons), drinking great coffee and noshing on good eats with her husband Sean. Rituals and practice for Erin include yoga, meditation, lots of candle burning and recharging crystals on full-moons. In warmer months she enjoys golfing and biking. Oh and you can probably find her curating a party/fab gathering too.
