Locatile is a Multi-Vendor eCommerce Marketplace which has partnered with local brick and mortar stores.  This website allows each merchant to showcase their unique products to a broader base of potential customers.  Due to the individuality of each store, each merchant has their own return policy which can be viewed at the bottom of every individual product’s description.  Please be aware, not all merchants accept returns.  

All sales through Locatile’s site are transacted with the individual merchant offering the item for sale.  By purchasing items on the Locatile site, you agree to contact the merchant directly to resolve any dispute that should arise.

To submit a return request between you and a merchant please complete the following steps:

  1. Log in to your Account Dashboard
  2. Locate the sub-order number in question
  3. Click the Order Inquiry button
  4. Complete the quick form to send a message to your merchant
  5. They will respond within 48 hours

Although Locatile is not directly involved in the transaction/refund process between the buyer and seller, we still wish to understand if the merchant was not able to satisfy your refund request.  Please review the steps below to contact Locatile directly.  This option should only be used if an issue was never resolved between you and the merchant.

 

  1. Visit our Contact Page
  2. Select ‘Something Else’ under the options tab.
  3. Enter order number (this is required).
  4. First/Last name, email address, phone number, and message.
  5. A Locatile team member will contact you within 48 hours.
